Responsibilities
  • Posts job advertisements, screening candidates, facilitating exams and interviews, etc.
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
  • Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Protects organization's value and keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains Employee Files (201) and Trackers.
Qualifications
  • Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, employee and labor relations, employee benefits and compensation, Employee Recruitment, MS Office, Administrative Writing Skills. Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills
  • Excellent Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate clearly, both written and oral.
  • Must possess string interpersonal and people Skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Temporary work from home arrangement but must be amenable to work on site in the future.
