We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive interaction with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products or services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- No BPO experience accepted, previous customer service or support experience is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
