We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Telco Account. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch assistance and resolving their inquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will handle a wide range of customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service activations, technical troubleshooting, and account management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with their devices and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features and service offerings.
- Update customer records accurately in the system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
