As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our users who have inquiries or issues related to our radio streaming services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating and troubleshooting issues related to our radio streaming platform.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding account inquiries, subscription plans, and technical concerns.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Upsell and promote additional services or features to enhance the user experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
