Description

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transact ions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update expense reports , prepare bank deposits , process reimbursement forms
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Checking employee payments including salary, commission bonus etc.
  • Compile reports on monthly basis
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Qualifications
  1. Accountancy graduate (Any Accountancy related course)
  2. With or without experience
  3. Must be residing in Quezon City or willing to relocate
  4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Can start immediately
