Description
Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transact ions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.
Responsibilities
- Create and update expense reports , prepare bank deposits , process reimbursement forms
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Checking employee payments including salary, commission bonus etc.
- Compile reports on monthly basis
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Qualifications
- Accountancy graduate (Any Accountancy related course)
- With or without experience
- Must be residing in Quezon City or willing to relocate
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Can start immediately
